Program Review · June 2025 – June 2026
From first click to repeatable playbook.
One channel, one campaign, no proof it would work. Thirteen months later: a documented, multi-channel method for turning technical buyers into portal registrations, ready to run on day one for the next product line.
Large Tile Adhesives · Q2 2026, the new baseline
LinkedIn click-through rate on the paired Google PMax + LinkedIn launch, up from 1.45% on the 2025 single-channel test.
The results
Same platform, sharper audience, a proven creative pattern.
Large Tile Adhesives ran the full paired-channel model for a complete quarter, so it's the cleanest before/after against the 2025 LinkedIn-only baseline.
How we read the 146: We interpreted the 146 conversions based on Google's own PMax reporting for the quarter. However, we have not been able to verify this number in Azelis's systems because we do not have access to them. The two leads from the 2025 baseline are different; they came through a lead generation form, allowing us to confirm their identities. While the two channels are not directly linked in our tracking, using LinkedIn and Google together likely reinforces effectiveness. Seeing the message on one platform and then another can increase the likelihood of action. Some of those 146 conversions may represent buyers who initially saw us on LinkedIn and subsequently converted through PMax.
How we did it
Four moves, one repeatable operating system.
Nothing here is a one-off win. Each piece is designed to be picked up on day one for the next market or product line.
Diversify the channel mix
PMax and LinkedIn Sponsored content, run in parallel, driving to a page with a button we track for conversion. No gated form required.
Build precision audiences
Azelis's own technical-contact data as seed lists, refined monthly by job title, skill, and company to keep spend on genuine buyers.
Run a quarterly Master Plan
One formulation per quarter, each launched with paired Google + LinkedIn campaigns, so every quarter is a fresh, comparable test.
Compound organic underneath
Continuous LinkedIn posting plus GEO/FAQ content built for AI answer engines, not just Google search.

Momentum, in order
Slow start, fast acceleration, on both channels.
Six iterations before the multi-channel pivot
Starting from a single-channel lead-gen test, the format moved through a carousel, an awareness-first push, a document ad lead-gen campaign, and video with its own lead-gen form, before settling into two campaigns per formulation, the shape that carried into 2026.
First paired Google + LinkedIn launch
639,022 Google impressions and 9,303 clicks in the first two months, plus the program's first GEO/FAQ page, now drawing steady organic sessions.
PMax conversions grew 15× in one quarter
April to June, on the same campaign, as Google's algorithm learned the audience. Vertical video pulled nearly 25× the views of the square cut of the same creative.
The method transfers to a brand-new market
A 22.6% open rate on its first LinkedIn conversation ads, evidence this isn't specific to one product line.
The full picture, June 2025 through June 2026
Spanning the 2025 LinkedIn baseline and all three H1 2026 pushes (Minifibers, Large Tile Adhesives, Flexible Packaging). That traffic produced 159 tracked portal access requests, but not every campaign had conversion tracking in place for its full run, so the real number is likely higher in Azelis's own analytics.
